No, Tooly operates as a self-service locker system. Equipment is available during working hours at our locker locations across the Uusimaa region. You pick up and return items at your convenience using access codes - no delivery or human interaction needed. We plan to add delivery in the future.
No, we do not refund unused time.

No, we do not require a security deposit, you only need to have a verified account to make the first booking.
Currently, equipment must be returned to the same locker where you picked it up. We're working on cross-locker returns for future updates. Plan your rental considering the pickup location.
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will not be refunded.
Extensions are only possible when the same equipment isn't booked by another customer immediately after your period. If the "Extend" button is not working, the item is reserved. Try extending earlier in your rental period, or rebook the item if available later.
Return the equipment as soon as possible. Late returns incur hourly late fees. Late‑return fee per late hour = hourly rental rate × 2. The fee is calculated for each full or partial hour that the item is returned late, rounded up to the next full hour. Severe delays may result in additional charges. If you know you'll be late, extend your rental in your account before the deadline to avoid penalties.
Yes, go to "My Orders," select your active rental, and tap "Extend." Choose your new return time and confirm payment. Extensions are subject to availability - if someone has booked the item after you, extension won't be possible.
Open the Tooly web page and tap the account icon (person silhouette) in the top right corner. Select "My Orders" to see all active, upcoming, and past rentals. Here you'll find access codes, rental details, and options to extend or manage your bookings.

Most of the items are packed with care into the hard cases for easy carrying and transportation. In other cases the bag is included with equipment. Please check item description to know item dimensions and how it is packed.
