No, Tooly operates as a self-service locker system. Equipment is available during working hours at our locker locations across the Uusimaa region. You pick up and return items at your convenience using access codes - no delivery or human interaction needed. We plan to add delivery in the future.

Return the equipment as soon as possible. Late returns incur hourly late fees. Late‑return fee per late hour = hourly rental rate × 2. The fee is calculated for each full or partial hour that the item is returned late, rounded up to the next full hour. Severe delays may result in additional charges. If you know you'll be late call us in advance so we can help you avoid late return fee.
