How renting works
- Book online and pick your time window. Six hours covers a sofa or a car interior; a full day suits a whole flat.
- Open the locker with the PIN you get by email. The cleaner lifts out by its carrying handle and the nozzles travel in a bag, so it is one trip to the car.
- Fill the clean water tank, add your cleaning solution, and work through the fabric. Dirty water collects in a separate tank, so you never touch it.
- Rinse before you return it: empty the dirty tank, refill the clean tank with fresh water, drop the crevice nozzle into it and run the machine until the water is through. Everything goes back in the same locker.
No staff, no counter, no delivery windows to arrange. If you finish at eleven at night, you return at eleven at night.

- How long does a sofa take? Roughly an hour of washing for a three-seater, then 4 to 8 hours of drying depending on the room. Start in the morning and you can sit on it the same evening.
- Is this the same thing as a steam cleaner? No. A steam cleaner loosens dirt with hot vapour but doesn't rinse anything out. This machine injects cleaning solution and vacuums it back up along with the dirt, which is what you want for stains that have soaked in.
- What do I need to do before returning it? Empty the dirty tank and run the rinse above. Two minutes, and it is what keeps the machine fresh for the next person.
- Can I use it on any fabric? No. Delicate and water-sensitive fabrics are not suitable, so check the care label first.
- Is it heavy to carry? At 4,3 kg it is a one-hand machine with a carrying handle, and the nozzles come in their own bag.

It is open every day from 6 am to midnight, so you can collect before work or after the shops close.
