There's no pickup time to agree and no one to meet. Your booking waits in the locker, and you collect it whenever the locker is open.
How parcel locker rental works
Never rented from a parcel locker before? It takes five steps.
- Choose your item. Browse the Tooly range and pick the equipment and rental period you need.
- Book online. Log in with MobilePay or register with your email address. Confirm the booking and pay.
- Get your PIN code. After payment, your personal PIN code arrives by email.
- Open the locker and collect. The pickup point is at Iso Omena, basement level -1, near the Musti ja Mirri entrance. Enter your PIN code on the locker screen and the right door opens. If you're driving, park in P2B next to the ABC charging station.
- Return it after use. Bring the item back to the same locker before your rental ends. Open the door with the code you received, place the item inside and close the door.
That's it. No paper contracts, no handovers to arrange and no waiting around.

Matinkylä metro station is in the same building, so pickup is easy to combine with your commute or other errands. The metro also runs straight there from Helsinki.
The goal is to bring the service within reach of more people. Tooly is planning to expand its network of pickup points, so that in the future you could collect what you need close to home, work or your usual route. New pickup points would mean shorter trips and easier access to equipment when you need it.
